Interestingly these Pinocchio shrimp are peaceful and social, making them an excellent addition to any community tank. They thrive in groups and get on well with other non -aggressive species 

Pinocchio shrimp can easily be kept with other Caridinia shrimp as well as Neocaridina shrimp. There is no risk of crossbreeding between caridina and neocaridina shrimp. A must for every tank! 

Watch as they scuttle a forage around the tank, providing endless entertainment with their lively antics!

These Shrimp are diligent cleaners, helping to keep your tank free of algae and detritus, some even say they clean up better than the amazing Amano as they will eat hair algae, something the Amano are not so keen on!!

Our tips:

Shrimp thrive in a substantial colony, ideally consisting of 10-20 individuals. This size ensures a healthy mix of sexes within the group, and the shrimp tend to be more active when they are in larger numbers.

Regular maintenance includes feeding the shrimp every other day with a diverse diet.
