The Albino Zebra Babaulti Shrimp is a beautiful and unusual variant of the classic Zebra Babaulti. Instead of strong dark bands, this stunning morph displays pale, creamy striping across a soft, translucent body, giving it a delicate, ghost-like look that shines in planted tanks.

One of their most fascinating traits is their ability to change colour rapidly when alarmed — becoming dramatically lighter or darker in seconds. This creates a striking visual effect, especially against darker backgrounds or substrates. It’s completely natural and simply part of their unique Babaulti behaviour.

These shrimp are peaceful, active grazers that love mosses, wood, and well-planted tanks. They’re hardy, easy-going, and bring that special wild-style Caridina charm without being demanding.

💡 Excellent Compatibility (Important!):

• Albino Zebra Babaulti do NOT crossbreed with Neocaridina, making them perfect for mixed colonies.

• Can be kept in either Neocaridina-style or Caridina-style setups.

• Shrimp Cove keep these in Neocaridina parameters, so they will slot straight into similar water conditions.
