Your Status

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.

2. You are a resident of the United Kingdom and the country where your card is registered.

3. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The formation of the contract between you and us occurs as follows:

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received in our system. However, please be aware that this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered an offer to us to purchase a product as listed on our website. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed through an 'Order Shipped' email. This email signifies that we have accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. The contract between us is only established once this email has been sent.

Delivery & Return

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order; please verify this on your order confirmation. If you need to change the delivery address, notify us within two hours of placing your order.

Orders placed before the 12pm cutoff time will be processed on the same day, provided that all the products in your order are available.

No delivery can be made until clear funds have been received

Please be aware that in the event of a return, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that all items be returned using a recorded delivery method or with a postage receipt from your local post office, as we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Live shrimp orders are only guaranteed to be alive on arrival if the delivery address is within the UK; for addresses outside the UK, the buyer assumes all risks.

Our Liability

For all dry goods products on our website, we guarantee that any purchase made is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

By purchasing livestock products listed as live plants, shrimp, or snails from our website, you agree to a Live on Arrival warranty valid for two hours after signing for the parcel. After this period, or once the livestock is introduced into your tank, we are not liable for any consequences. For international shipments, any live stock is sent at the buyer's risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise. Placing an order signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Our liability for any losses you incur due to a breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you bought. This limitation does not affect our liability for:

1. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

2. Matters under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;

3. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

4. Any circumstances where it would be unlawful to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

1. Loss of income or revenue;

2. Loss of business;

3. Loss of profits or contracts;

4. Loss of data.
