Our Tips:
It is recommended to maintain a significant colony of 10-20 shrimp to ensure a balanced gender ratio, which also encourages more activity among the shrimp.
For regular care, provide the shrimp with a varied diet at least three times a week. At Shrimp Cove, our shrimp relish Vegetable Shrimp Bars, a plant-based protein with seaweed that delivers lean, essential nutrients. We also provide Protein Bars weekly to enhance growth rates, leading to quicker breeding and increased egg production in females. These specialised diets are crafted from our experience and the successful cultivation of thousands of shrimp. Don't forget some lovely blanched greens once a week, we spoil ours at Shrimp Cove
Crucially, never feed the shrimp any food containing copper.
