Christmas moss Cove Pot

Coves Christmas Moss combines the hardy aquatic moss Vesicularia montagnei with a small pot-base, grown and established in our own shrimp aquariums. This ensures the moss is pest-free, acclimated, and perfectly safe for freshwater invertebrates.

Christmas Moss is a Southeast Asian bryophyte known for its unique “fir tree” branching pattern and resilience across a broad range of water conditions (pH 5.5–7.5, 20–28 °C).  Forms a lush, textured hideaway that shrimp and fry naturally graze and shelter within. Its fine leaves encourage biofilm and microorganism growth—an essential food source for species like Neocaridina and Caridina.
